Every project carries cost certainty, a single point of accountability, and a finish we are willing to sign our name to.
D8D Properties is the brokerage and management company of the group. It handles curated sales and acquisitions, long-term and seasonal rentals, and the day-to-day operation of the residential portfolio — for the group itself and for a small number of private owners who value the same care.
The mandate is simple: treat every property as if we owned it for the next thirty years. That means choosing tenants well, maintaining proactively, reporting transparently, and protecting the long-term value of the asset over the quick win of the next transaction.
D8D Capital is the investment and development vehicle of the group. It co-invests with private partners in ground-up development and stabilised, income-producing real estate across Aruba, structuring each opportunity for transparency and genuine alignment.
We invest our own capital alongside our partners in every deal, underwrite to conservative assumptions, and favour durable cash flow over financial engineering. Partners get a clear thesis, honest reporting, and a group that is as invested in the outcome as they are.
